- If the package is returned due to incorrect or undeliverable address provided at checkout; or buyer refused to contact the post office to claim the package, I will resend the package, however, buyer will be responsible for reshipping the items. If buyer refuses package, 30% restocking fee will be charged before issuing a refund. Shipping is not refundable.

Okay, so I wasn’t expecting much at first but this shampoo actually surprised me. It cleans my hair without that tight, dry feeling some shampoos leave behind. My scalp feels less itchy and my hair isn’t as frizzy or tangled after washing. It’s definitely softer, and I’ve noticed a bit more shine too. The smell is nice, not too strong, just fresh. I’m still using it, but so far, it’s doing what I need and I like what it's doing for my hair.
