Extremely beneficial for hair with Low Porosity or for anyone who suffers from very dry hair. Low Porosity hair lacks the ability to absorb moisture which in return makes it difficult for hair to grow. The hair strand/shaft is made up of 3 layers; cuticle, medulla, and cortex. When someone has low porosity hair, the cuticle of their hair strand is tight which prevents moisture from allowing to penetrate the hair strands to absorb moisture. The Avocado Healing Hair Mask is rich in monounsaturated fatty acids, proteins, and vitamins A, D, E, and B6 that nourish and strengthen the hair follicles which allows moisture to penetrate the cuticle to allow moisture to be absorbed. 
 
Directions:
Apply enough Avocado Healing Hair Mask according to the density/thickness and length of your hair on dry hair before shampooing. Comb product through with a wide tooth comb to distribute product evenly throughout hair. Cover hair with processing cap and allow it to sit for 30 minutes. For intense moisture, sit under dryer for 25 minutes. Shampoo hair twice. Rinse thoroughly. Follow up with conditioner.
