To streamline the appointment process and offer you greater convenience, we recommend using the WIX app "Spaces." By downloading the app, you'll gain access to a comprehensive view of all your past and upcoming appointments. You can also easily schedule, cancel, or reschedule appointments through the app. Simply use the invite code: ZLVTPP.

If you prefer not to download the app, you can still achieve the same level of access by creating a login on the top right corner of our website.

Please be aware that securing your appointment requires two important steps: making a deposit and signing our salon waiver. Deposits are non-refundable, but they can be transferred if you need to reschedule, provided you give us at least a 72-hour notice. Failure to do so within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

When you give us a 72-hour notice, you can reschedule your appointment within two weeks of the initial contact. You have the flexibility to request any day for your appointment. If I'm available on your requested day, you will receive a follow-up email with a link to sign your salon waiver and make your deposit, which will go towards your services and secure your desired date. We send out deposit and waiver links every Monday.

Once we receive your deposit and signed salon waiver, you will receive an email confirming your appointment. Please note that you have 24 hours to complete these steps. Failure to do so within this time frame will result in an email declining your appointment.

If your requested day is unavailable, you will have the option to reschedule, allowing us to maintain availability for your preferred day before making a deposit. Thank you for choosing The Vintage Hipster for your salon services.
